Stephen Giraldo, a MTA driver from Sovereigns, is blamed for running over his alienated spouse before he cut her on different occasions while their three youngsters watched the shocking demonstration from the vehicle, Sovereigns Lead prosecutor Melinda Katz said on Wednesday, December 28.

In a public interview, Katz expressed that on Tuesday, December 27, Stephen Giraldo, 36, got into a SUV with his three children before he called their mother, 41, Sophia Giraldo, and requested that she descend from her Flushing condo.

Soon after, Giraldo hit his better half with the vehicle while his kids watched and wounded her on numerous occasions as she lay crippled on the ground. The youngsters were apparently not harmed during the episode.

Giraldo stays in care on self destruction watch, while his better half, Sophia Giraldo, who depicts herself as an overcomer of double-crossing, injury, and misuse, battles for her life at the New York-Presbyterian Sovereigns Clinic.
