Dennis Quaid is looking really, really good these days. The 61-year-old actor showed off his chiseled six-pack abs while vacationing in Hawaii on Monday, January 4.

The Art of More star looked half his age as he put his broad shoulders and toned arms on display. He went shirtless and rocked green and white swim trunks.

Quaid was joined by his wife, Kimberly, twins Zoe and Thomas, 8, and son Jack, 23, during the tropical getaway. Quaid and his ex-wife, Meg Ryan, welcomed Jack in 1992. The exes ended their 10-year marriage in 2001.

Back in 2013 at the Tribeca Film Festival, Quaid revealed how he keeps in shape. “I cycle and I do a little yoga. And I actually play golf too,” he told Men’s Fitness at the time.

He also offered tips on how to stay fit. “Start young,” he said. “Because once you lose it, it’s hard to get back.”
